Order Processing

  • The standard processing time for your order is 1 business day. 
  • Your order may be on hold for reasons including but not limited to: invalid address, address missing unit number, and product compatibility discrepancies.
  • Order cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • We may cancel your order if we suspect your order is fraudulent.
  • We may cancel your order if the shipping cost is excessive for the item(s).

Domestic Shipping

  • Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA
  • Most US orders with free shipping are shipped via the First Class Mail by the USPS.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.*

*Delivery estimates displayed at check out are provided by the 3rd party shipping companies for reference only. It is not a guarantee of delivery.

International Shipping

  • All international orders will ship with Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Shipping charges do not include any tax and duty charges at the destination country during the import process. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses at delivery.
  • Tracking information may not be available after your order left US soil when shipped with USPS International First Class Mail.

Shipping Mishaps

We do not have control over how or when the order will be delivered. Delays are rare but they do happen. If you experienced a delivery issue/delay and your order has a tracking number, please contact the service provider with the tracking information of your order.

If your package is lost or damaged, we will either replace your order or refund your purchase after failed attempts of recovery.

Returns Eligibility

You can return items in your order for any reason within 30 days, here are a few requirements for us to accept and process your return:

  • You must contact our customer service to request your return.
  • Item(s) must be in new condition, with all packaging material included.
  • A refund will be issued after your returned item has been inspected and accepted.
  • Under certain circumstances, original shipping charges may not be refunded.
  • Items marked with “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns

Return shipping

Unless instructed by our customer service team otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping the returned item back to us. International customers must ship the items with duty, tax, and fees paid.

Exchanges

Our customer service team may process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, you may be responsible for return shipping of the initial order and shipping charges for the replacement.

Returns of undeliverable orders

An order could be returned to us by the courier due to the customer’s “Reject Delivery” request, undeliverable address, or unpaid import fees. We will automatically accept this type of return, but will not refund the original shipping cost incurred. A shipment sent and delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer is not eligible for return or refund.
