Can i remove it whenever i want and put it back on after

Unfortunately, It can only be applied once. If you remove it, the process will make the GhostPaper™ unusable. However, you might be interested in our new GhostPaper™ Air, which offers a detachable solution. This might better suit your needs for flexibility

Does GhostPaper™ makes my Apple Pencil nib wear out faster?

Yes, you should expect increased wearing on the Apple Pencil nib when using GhostPaper™. All paper-like screen protectors, including ours, are designed to increase friction to mimic the feel of real paper. Just like how a pencil rubs off lead on paper, the Apple Pencil nib will wear out faster due to this increased friction. Fortunately, Apple sells pencil nib replacements, so you can easily replace them when needed.

I don't see my device listed in the drop down menu, can I just purchase a similar size/model?

It's important to always choose the exact model for your iPad. Different models can vary in size, even if the display diagonal is exactly the same.
