Requirements

Participants are required to obtain sample products via Amazon.com either free of charge or at significantly discounted prices. Participants are expected to use the products and post a product review within 14 days after receiving the product.

Once joined, participants are responsible to follow specified procedures. Failure to complete the given assignment within the given time frame may result in termination from future participation.

Qualifications and eligibility

At this time, there is no limitation on joining the club. However, UPPERCASE Designs will determine the participants for each review opportunity based on candidates' product review history, past review quality and other factors. Providing valuable reviews consistently in this program will result in higher chance of successive opportunities.

No purchase is necessary. Selected participants will be contacted via email as new review opportunity became available.

Test Sample Product

Sample products provided are retail products sold by UPPERCASE which come with Standard warranty. Selected participants can keep the sample product after reviewing unless noted by the program.

Shipping cost are covered by UPPERCASE Designs.

Program Rules

If claim code is provided, it cannot be shared to any one else.

Reviewed product cannot be resold.

Disclaimer

Any attempts to abuse this program will result in the participants’ immediate termination, including multiple accounts, false information, violating usage of the special promotional codes, etc…

UPPERCASE shall hold no liability towards any damages to personal electronics devices as a result of mishandling, misuse, lack of maintenance, etc.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, and waive all claims against UPPERCASE from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys’ fees) of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with use of any of this program’s related web sites and test products.

UPPERCASE reserves all rights in determining applicant’s eligibility into its reviewer Program. Participants or program may be terminated without further notice.

Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Only testers residing within the U.S. are eligible to participate in this program.

All personal information collected will only be used by UPPERCASE Designs and not shared with 3rd party organizations.
